Archival historyThe archive has been maintained by the Bakirgian family since the closure of the company in the 1980s. The collection was offered through Lord Lee of Trafford, who is a past Chairman of the Science and Industry Museum. His wife is a member of the Bakirgian family and is the donor of the records.
